Last Sunday in Dwarka sector 8 a memorial meeting was held. The ceremony was organised in memory of former Pradhan of Palam late Choudhry Kishan Chand Sorkhi and his wife late Shrimati Omi Devi.

Last Sunday in Dwarka sector 8 a memorial meeting was held. The ceremony was organised in memory of former Pradhan of Palam late Choudhry Kishan Chand Sorkhi and his wife late Shrimati Omi Devi. The memorial was attended by many local residents as well as Social workers and farmers community.

India's defence minister Rajnath Singh and farmer's leader Rakesh Tikait addressed the public from the stage of the program. Along with these their contributions were also remembered.

During the gathering the leaders also discussed various social issues and farmer's issues. In the end the attendees paid their tributes and the program concluded.
