Palam Fire Tragedy: Clash Erupts Between BJP MLA Kuldeep Solanki and AAP Leader Saurabh Bharadwaj
After a recent fire incident in Palam region of Delhi, a fight broke out between BJP MLA Kuldeep Solanki and AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj. The clash happened a day after a fire killed 9 people. Leader from both the parties blamed each other for poor emergency response.
Kuldeep Solanki said: I have been here since 4 o'clock. Since then, he has been taunting me. He tried to taunt me at the cremation ground yesterday.
Today, he has come here at 4 o'clock in the evening. We were here since morning. I left here at 2 o'clock. I knew that these people are not decent people. They are ill-mannered people. I was sitting quietly in the assembly. One of my colleagues said to me, No, you belong to the MLA's constituency. You come forward. You have the right to sit here in the assembly. I refused. I said, no, I will leave. Mr. Rajendra is a member of my family. Such a sad incident has happened. I came forward and sat with him. As soon as I sat, Mr. Rajendra sat with me. He came forward and started giving statements. I said, this is not the time to discuss these things. This is the time for the assembly. We will talk later. He started talking back to me. He shook my hand. His colleagues stood up to attack me. They are ill-mannered people. I don't know how they are living in Delhi. They have nothing to do with this family. Nine people left this family. They came to do politics with them. Some came from Nizamgarh, some from Uttamnagar. Where were they yesterday? All these people are standing here. The whole market was with Mr. Rajendra's family. Mr. Rajendra was not here. I was standing here from 7.30 in the morning till night. The whole market, everyone was standing here. Now I am standing with that family. Mr. Rajendra is not here. I am standing here as Mr. Rajendra. I will do anything for my family. They are doing politics with these people. They have told us about the failure of the government. They have put it on social media. It is a very big incident. I don't think there can be a bigger incident than this in Delhi, North India. Nine members of a family have died. They are doing politics with them. He added.
